Lemon Baked Haddock

- 2 pounds Haddock Fillet
- 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons dry parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
Cut fish into six serving-size pieces. Place in a greased 11×7-in. baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350° until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
