Jumbo Lump Crab Wedge Salad

Wedge salad is a summer favorite, pair it with crab and you have a summer masterpiece (or any time of the year). Get your veggies and your protein all in one salad.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Crab Meat (55/75 Jumbo Lump)
- 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
- 8 o Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked and Drained, Rough Dice
- 8 o Cherry Tomatoes, Red & Yellow, Rough Dice
- 2 Avocados, Rough Dice
- 8 o Cornbread / Biscuit Croutons
- Dressing – Ranch / Blue Cheese
Directions:
- Cut the head of lettuce into 4 slices that are about 2 to 3 inches thick
- Place the lettuce round on a chilled plate
- Drizzle the dressing on the lettuce
- Add an even layer of each ingredient –
- bacon, tomato, avocado
- Place Crabmeat in the center of the lettuce

- Place croutons on the side of the lettuce
- Serve immediately
